I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?

Go to https://app.ad-id.org/user/password, enter your email address and click on E-mail new password.  You will receive an email with a temporary link to log in to your account. Click on the link in the email and you will be directed to your user profile to update your password.

What kind of agreements need to be signed in order to use the Ad-ID system?

Ad-ID does not require signed agreements.  To utilize the system, all users must agree to the online user agreement when they register.  This agreement can be viewed here (http://www.ad-id.org/license).

How do I gain access to my company's already exisiting Group, Prefixes, Codes and/or Accounts?

If your company is already using Ad-ID, the Administrator can add you via email invite. Regardless if you already have an Ad-ID log in or not, you will be notified via email to  register for Ad-ID (first time user) or that you have been added to a Group and/or Account (exisiting user). Please note the Account and Group are two seperate items on Ad-ID. An Account holds the billing information for the specified advertiser and the Group holds prefix(es) and Codes.

How can I change my email address in my profile?

Users are not able to edit their email address.  If your company has changed the email structure, please contact Ad-ID customer service and we can update the email. 

If you have moved to a new company, a new log in should be created.  Ad-ID customer service can help direct you as to how to set up the new account with the appropriate access.

Is the "Dashboard" specific to the User?

Category: 

The dashboard shows the 100 most recently created codes across the groups that you have access to, no matter who created the code.  If you want to find codes only created by you, enter your email in quotes in the search slate (e.g., “cs@ad-id.org”).
